SERVICE AGREEMENT

This Service Agreement ("Agreement") is entered into as of [Date] by and between Maharishi OIBS Private Limited, with its registered office at Office 101, Vijay Block 61/D, Laxmi Nagar, Delhi, 110092, India, hereinafter referred to as the "Service Provider," and [Client Name], located at [Client Address], hereinafter referred to as the "Client."

1. SCOPE OF SERVICES

Maharishi OIBS Private Limited agrees to provide digital marketing services including, but not limited to, Digital Marketing Strategy, SEO, PPC, Social Media Management, Content Creation, Email Marketing, and Performance Analytics. Additional services may be provided as agreed in writing.

2. PAYMENT TERMS

6. SERVICE LEVEL AGREEMENT (SLA)

This SLA is effective as of [Date]. The Service Provider guarantees SEO growth, PPC efficiency, and social media engagement. Response times for issues shall be based on priority levels.

7. TERMINATION

Either party may terminate this Agreement with a written notice of 30 days. All outstanding dues must be cleared before termination.
